As a man thinks so is he. Battlefield of the mind is a great book, written by Joyce Meyer. When I was a teen my mom bought my sister and I the teen battlefield of your mind. I read that book in two days, that’s how good it is. It teaches you how to speak positive over your mind. You learn how to control your thoughts. A lot of teens and people period, always think bad about themselves and allow their minds get the best of them. As a teen my mind was a battlefield every day. I came to learn to shut out negative thoughts and over power it with positivity. If you haven’t read it I encourage you to do so.
