God Made Us UniQue Part 2

But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him.
                                                                                                                                        Jeremiah 18:4

Yet, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you our Potter, and we all are the work of your hand.                                                                                                                                       Isaiah 64:8

·Marred – to detract from the perfection or wholeness of: spoil

I know a lot of you girls have heard of the potter. For those that haven’t heard of the potter, it is a person that works with clay and forms it into a pot, using a machine and his hands. Potters work real hard forming clay into a pot. When the clay is marred, he has to redo his work until it comes out perfect. This is an awesome example on how God forms us. See God is the Pot…

God Made Us Unique Part 1

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderful made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Psalm 139:14

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Genesis 1:27

·Unique – being the only one
·Individual – Intended for one person
·Original – a work composed firsthand
·Different – partly or totally unlike in nature, form or quality

I love the word unique. We also have other words like:

I prefer to use the word unique, because it stands out in my eyes. Can you even imagine if God made everybody the same? With the same favorite color, clothes styles, food etc. This world would be really boring. Thanks to God that He created everybody unique. When God created us He made us in detail. Like what size to make our head, ears, nose, eyes, mouth, and body. He also has chosen our skin, eyes, and hair color. He created much more, but my main point is He took the time to create everybody uni…

Looking Up....

No matter what things may look like in the natural, God is working behind the scene.  No matter what  happens, God is on your side. You might be wondering , when is it my time to shine. It's all in God's timing, He knows are life from the beginning to the end.

While you wait on God, continue on doing the things God called you to do. Pray and asked God what's the plan he has for you. Start taking the steps that He has for you.

As you continue on the journey you are on, you will get closer to your rewards.

Keep in mind, don't get distracted on what you don't have and focused on what you do have. Continue on thanking God for bringing you closer towards your blessing.

Hold you head up high and put your trust in God!!!

When it’s all said & done

Learning to pursue what truly matters
Years ago, I got to a place in my life where things were going pretty well… I had everything I pretty much asked for. Yet I still had this vague feeling of discontentment. Something was just not right on the inside.
Have you ever felt that way? Maybe you’ve wondered, What’s wrong with me?, like I did.
Although I wanted all of the “fruit” of God’s spirit – love, joy, peace, patience – operating in my life, I wasn’t seeking it. So spiritually speaking, I wasn’t a very deep person. I has my priorities backwards…as many of us do at times. We want the money, the house, the promotion or whatever that thing is, So we pursue that rather than the true treasure of God’s presence.
But just like a tree needs deep, wide- reaching roots in order to support big, strong branches that can withstand the harsh elements of the outdoors, Christians need to be deeply rooted and grounded in the Word of God. It’s His love that sustains us- not our “stuff,”
 Don’t …

A Lifestyle of Authentic Peace

I can’t overemphasize the importance of peace as a real and practical benefit of our covenant relationship with God. His peace should not be an infrequent surprise but an ongoing rule of our lives. The apostle Paul underscored the essential nature of peace in 2 Thessalonians 3:16.  Did you notice how crucial he considered peace to be? “At all times.” “In every way,” Peace can be possible in any situation.
Isaiah used the word peace twenty-six times. God continually promised peace when His captives returned wholeheartedly to the Lord. The familiar messianic passage, Isaiah 9:6, identifies peace with Christ as the “Prince of Peace,” The next verse connects the Prince of Peace to His reign: Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne. Many of us have memorized the words of Isaiah 26:3: You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trust in you.
Did you see any hints of a common denominator trying these scrip…

Stay True to Yourself

Life never comes by easy for most of us, people might have negative things to say about you. They will always have something to say about what you are doing wrong and not on what you are doing right. Life is not about pleasing other people or changing our ways for anyone.

Stay true to yourself and be who God called you to be!!! Never let anybody ever change who you are in Christ. Continue being who God called you to be and pursue the dreams you are supposed. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, no matter what anyone says.

Move past all the negative and go towards the positives, that's going to take you closer to your dreams.

No matter what stay true to yourself!!!
